Steven F. Miller – President
Steven Miller, P.E., as the Founder and President of NE, developed the business model, operating strategies and the Hybrid Heating design and control methodology. Mr. Miller has twenty years experience with Mobil Corporation and Valero Refining Company directing the planning, financial analysis, design, construction and operation of hydrocarbon processing facilities, cogeneration plants, heat recovery systems and steam, water, air and gas distribution systems. He also developed and implemented natural gas procurement strategies, energy conservation and utility cost reduction programs. He is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania (BS Mechanical Engineering) and Drexel University (MS Finance) and is a registered professional engineer in Pennsylvania.
Jonathan Frank – CFO / Dir. Development
Jonathan Frank has extensive experience in the power industry with a focus on financing and developing power generating assets. He has led numerous power transactions including the evaluation and financing of $500+ million of currently operating coal, gas and renewable generation projects. He co-founded LFC Energy, a $500 million independent power producer, and has financed numerous energy and other large-scale projects in diverse industries. Mr. Frank received his MBA from Wharton and is a graduate of Trinity College, where he received a Bachelor of Arts (with Honors) in Economics.
George Henisee - Sr. VP Operations
George Henisee has over 27 years experience in operations, strategy, marketing and sales in the energy industry. This included the development and implementation of market strategies with a focus on increasing efficiency in customer use of energy. In addition, he has developed and supported Internet based products (e-learning, trading platform for energy providers to “purchase capacity reduction”, and cogeneration planning tool) and services for the energy industry, their customers, and trade allies. He has led national industry organizations (EPRI and EEI) with a focus on developing and marketing new energy technologies. Mr. Henisee received his MBA from Wharton and is a graduate of the University of Delaware where he received Bachelor of Electrical Engineering.
