On Tuesday, 20th of October, NES held the very first virtual Partners Meeting Event. Despite the need to have an online event this year, it proved to be a great success with technology innovation on display. The event included a day full of interesting presentations by NES and its Partners, along with discussions, and closed with an entertaining online wine tasting. NES has a variety of partners located around the world that add value to the NES infrastructure and our customers. The NES ecosystem of partners includes system integrators as well as companies that provide NES related products, services, and solutions to utilities. Through their innovations, we ensure a vibrant market for NES based solutions for the diverse smart grid needs of utilities.

During the event, our partners delivered presentations providing information about their technology innovations and various NES projects. For example, RMS shared their experiences in South Africa utilizing the NES System to offer energy and billing services to landlords and their tenants. ETM updated attendees about their innovative telecommunication products that are used for smart metering and smart grid data communications. And VIVAVIS Schweiz AG informed participants about the pioneering joint solution with NES. The solution offers load management services via an integrated hardware and software with the NES System to deliver increased energy efficiency and flexibility for utilities.

Mark Ossel delivered a presentation on Iraq electrical transition towards renewable future.

On the 5th of November Mark Ossel and other T&D industry experts focused on the innovative technologies and applications in the African utility industry.
