Our data concentrator platform powers more grid sensors and smart meters than any other data concentrator in the world.
DCN 1000 data concentrator manages a power line mesh of OSGP compliant smart meters and other smart grid devices. Effectively connects the low-voltage distribution grid through an IP WAN to the utility’s data center as well as securely provides grid health information at the transformer.

  • Enjoy daily communication reads delivered with 99.7- 100% reliability using OSGP power line technology; this technology enables four times the bandwidth of second-generation RF and is used by more smart meters than any other data concentrator in the world.
  • Communicates with the NES System Software using any wired or wireless IP-capable network and supports data authentication and encryption on all data channels. Includes enhanced connectivity and modularity via USB.
  • Resistant to vandalism and extreme weather. Translucent cover and status LEDs provide diagnostics for easier installation.
